          Welcome to the Milford Mustangs - 2008 Season Registration

Residents of Milford, Wilton, Lyndeboro, Amherst, Mont Vernon, Hollis and
Brookline are eligible to participate.
Residents of other communities can also register but
are required to obtain a signed waiver (below) from their NHYFSC-designated team.

The pre-season begins on August 1st with practices Monday - Thursday evening. The regular
season begins in September with practices on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Games are
held on Sundays and the regular season lasts through October. State and regional play-offs
are in November. All practices are held at Hampshire Hills with home games at Milford High
School.

We will be accepting registrations for football and cheerleading including mascots. Mascots
can be 5 & 6 year olds. Players / Cheerleaders can be from 7 -15 years old. Football players
will be assigned to a team(level) by their age & weight. Please see the chart below.
Cheerleaders will be assigned to a team(level) by age.

Registration and placement is on a first-come, first-served basis. There are no try-outs and
no experience is required. All necessary equipment is provided except for footwear and
personal protective equipment.

2008 Registration Fees:
  • Football - $200.00 + $30.00 mandatory fundraiser *
  • Cheer - $200.00 + $30.00 mandatory fundraiser *

* (Mandatory fundraiser is pizza cards which my be re-sold or kept)

Registrants are encouraged to pre-register their child(ren) via the NHYFSC website link on
our main page. This does not guarantee your child a roster spot but it does speed-up and
simplify the registration process. You must be present at registration to complete the
registration process.

All required documents are listed below. To make the registration process easier, please
download the required forms below and bring the completed forms to registration.

PLEASE BRING THESE COMPLETED FORMS WITH YOU TO REGISTRATION
If you are unable to attend registration, you can mail the completed forms
along with a check for the registration fee to the address listed on the
form. Once received and processed, your child will be placed on a roster
and you will be notified via email.
As stated above, all football players will be assigned to a squad by age and
weight. Players will weighed at registration and be placed on a squad. Any player
that does not make weight at state weigh-in in August will be moved to the next
highest age/weight group. Age/weight classifications can be found below.
